• Standard products: Produced within a maximum of 2 business days (48 business hours) when your order is placed before 11:00 AM PST.
• Custom products: Lead time varies depending on the complexity of your design; we will confirm the estimated delivery date in your order confirmation email.

You have up to1 hourafter placing your order to cancel it or request changes at no cost. After that time, your order enters production and cannot be modified. That’s why we ask you to confirm all details at checkout.

At Mona Titi Creations, we partner with the leading carriers in the U.S. (USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL). When you place your order, we’ll show you all available shipping options so you can choose the one that works best for you. If your order qualifies for free shipping, it will be sent via USPS.

• Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags and components for hygiene and resale purposes.
• Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return or exchange. These items are created specifically for you, based on your submitted information and final approval. We are unable to accept returns for such items under any circumstance.
• For approved returns on non-personalized items, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
